Abstract
A
democracy is a political system and ideology in which the people or
community are made found from western. Democracy is an encouraging
development of political equality and under conditions of political
freedom, it’s mind a government of the people, by the people, for the
people, either directly or through representatives.
Democracy
to develop as human institutions and political practice in which
exercized to response of social culture in each countries environment.
When the democracy transplant to non-western and some of ex-colonize
countries in which different historical and culture, it’s the need and
goals of reform and adaption as well as new environment.
The problems for exercising sovereign of
democracy, how implementation at work of government of the people, by
the people, for the people, provides opportunities for effective
participation in practice and a fact. This paper will approach these
issues, as well as offer some materials digest for real democracy.
